The popular Rosary Crusade in the early 60’s with Fr. Peyton who promoted that "a family who prays together stays together" with the movies on the Mysteries of the Rosaries started the popular pilgrimage of Our Lady of Fatima that traveled from house to house in the Philippines and continued by Filipinos here in the United States. Here in Wisconsin, another Rosary Crusade was started by the Schoenstatt movement with the image of Our Lady of Schoenstatt. The University of Santo Tomas Alumni Association of Wisconsin has started and continues to have Rosary Crusade with the statue of Our Lady of La Naval. Marian devotion is very important to Catholic Filipinos.
