Prayer meeting is a gathering of Christians to exalt the name of
Jesus, worship in the Holy Spirit, and answer the call to evangelize the
world and to have personal knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Prayer
meeting as a source of spiritual nourishment, renewal and inspiration
must be maintained as an act of community gathering to praise, give
thanks, to focus to a meaningful reflections, to hear the Good News of
Salvation.
"A charismatic prayer meeting is a gathering of Christians baptized
in the Holy Spirit and entering into worship, praise and dialogue with
the Father, through Jesus, in the Holy Spirit. It is an environment in
which Christians learn to be lead by the Holy Spirit. In this
environment we learn to draw our attention from worldly thinking to hear
voice, mind and heart of our Heavenly Father. " .
